PC refuses to recognize Dualsense Wireless Controller in Bluetooth

I've been trying for the past hour to connect it. I've tried everything listed. - Restarting the PC- Turning off and on the Bluetooth - Reinstalling the Bluetooth Driver- Resetting the Dualsense controller- Making sure was charged and was blinking (in search mode)- Turning off and disconnecting the controller from the ps5- Trying to pair as a controller, and as a other device. - Connecting with usb. Works. - Connecting to a mobile device as a test. Works.- going to Bluetooth Support Service, and turning it on Automatic.
