PC reboots before windows install begins

When I want to reinstall windows 10, my pc reboots before the install begins. It shows violet screen for 20-30 seconds and turns off, it doesn't even shows the launcher screen to begin install. I don't even know what to do, please help. HDD, SSD, RAM and flash drive are in good condition, so they are not a problem. P.S. my specs - motherboard H81M-K, i5 4690, GTX 1060 3gb, 16gb RAM, pu 500wt. P.P.S. - I downloaded another version of windows 10 from media creation tool and it shows now another error, like "A media driver your computer needs is missing" what should I do?
