pc reboots at boot then boots normally.

hello i have a problem that i cannot fix with my pc. The problem is that every couple boots maybe 30 or more pc at boot reboots one time and resets bios and cannot find a solution i updated bios change cmos battery tried different ram modules at correct slots but issue persits. please any help would be great
