For a few months now I've been having an issue of my PC randomly crash. When it crashes all my screens go black and my fans in ramp up to high speeds. For a long time I thought it was something to do with my cooler, so I replaced that and didn't really have any issues for a while, then it randomly happened again, now this time it seemed to be the RAM, I did find out by trial and error that one of the DIMS on the motherboard is shot and I can only have 1 stick of ram in(could this be causing a random short that's killing the pc?).
