Pc randomly turns off and restarts

I built my first pc recently but I have had an ongoing issue with it. When I boot up the pc it will just randomly turn itself off (after 1 to 5 minutes) and reboot (it’s not doing anything demanding I’m just on my Home Screen) therefore I’m pretty sure it’s not the PSU. It also isn’t the temperature of the system. This happens every ~2-3 days. Sometimes I will get a blue screen (Recovery screen) after it turns off telling me windows failed to load correctly I have then done the repair form there. On the other days the pc runs perfectly fine. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
