PC randomly shuts down with fans suddenly running at full speed (Kernal error 41)

I am constantly getting PC shutdowns and this Kernal 41 error in the event viewer. I have tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling fresh one's. reseated all components, checked the connectors, even made a fresh install of windows 11pro, still facing this since a couple of days.
