PC Randomly Shuts Down Sometimes When Playing Games

I just recently upgraded some of my PC hardware but it has been giving me some issues for some games. I can browse no problem on the computer and games do run pretty well. Sometimes though, while playing, I will have my game crash and give me a GPU crash error from the games Engine. Other times instead of that I will get a whole PC shutdown and I am not sure why.
