PC Randomly restarts with no BSOD

Hi I've been having a issue for a while were my pc will randomly restart with no specific event that will trigger it. I can be watching films/ on the desktop or gaming and it will do it. If anyone has any reasons as to why this would be happening i would appreciate it.
