PC randomly restarts and freezes without BSODs and slow down at times

My PC randomly restarts without BSODs and I am unsure what is causing it. My PC starts to freeze randomly and I have to force shut it down sometimes and I am noticing some latency issues where sometimes when opening apps the screen freezes and then unfreezes really quickly. Also when signing into my PC, the login screen also seems to have a bit of delay. Sometimes when opening a game my PC randomly restarts. There is also an issue where after the PC boots or even at random the PC becomes really slow and I have to restart the PC to get it back to normal. I am really unsure what could be causing
