pc randomly restarts after playing certain games

hi,i recently downloaded demonolgist and i was playing then suddenly it started restarting, i thought it might be overheating and stopped playing but after that it started restarting after playing most games and sometimes just randomly when no games are running. i have msi afterburn and i have gpu and cpu temp and usuage always showing and its not overheating. also when i play games like minecraft or roblox it rarely restarts, sometimes it would run for hours.i tried using cmd commands like sfc /scannow and CHKDSK and it shows nothing wrong with my pc, i also resetted my pc twice (clean window
