PC randomly restarting

So recently my PC has decided to start misbehaving and restarts randomly, ive had this PC 3 years and until recently it was a perfect experience with no issues but now it randomly restarts sometimes when gaming This is the dmp file CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (101) An expected clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor in an MP system within the allocated interval.
