PC randomly restarting

Hi, I've been having issues with my PC. Multiple times a day, it will randomly freeze, then my screen will turn black, then restart. It always happens whenever I'm doing low intensity tasks, like browsing the internet or watching Youtube, not at all when I'm gaming. It's rather annoying for my work to be constantly interrupted, and it's incredibly frustrating when my computer restarts without me being able to save things and losing it all.
