Hello, ive bought a new pc and its been a little over a month now and recently after installing a 2nd monitor my pc has been acting wierd my specs areintelcorei5-12400f and rtx4070super and 32gb of ram and when i first bought this pc i didnt have any problems, every game i played ran smoothly with high fps on max graphics but recently ive had very wierd experiences where my gpu and cpu usage % randomly drop while gaming.
