PC randomly crashes without blue screen or reboot

Hi,since 2 weeks I‘m experiencing issues with my PC. I can use like usually but sometimes everything stops working. I can move my mouse and drag open windows but I can open anything not even task manager. The only way to stop it is a hard reset via the power button. I ran memtest because it sounded like a RAM issue but I found no issues. I have this PC for nearly 2 years and never experienced something like this. I changed no parts in the past and everything worked great until now. My specs are:AMD Ryzen 5800X3DNVIDIA 30702x 16 GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM What can I do? Any help greatly appreciated!!
