PC randomly BSOD and games will occasionally just crash

I just recently upgraded my computer, I got new RAM, motherboard, and CPU and am running windows 11. RAM: CMK32GX5M2B6600C38, 2x16GB corsair ddr5 CPU: Ryzen 9 7900x 12 core 24 threadMB: x670 Aorus elite axEver since the upgrade my computer will just randomly BSOD and when playing games it will crash or sometimes even BSOD. I have tried reseating everything, and unless I am overlooking something I believe everything should be compatible. Could this be a OS issue?
