PC random restart

My PC randomly restarts (mostly during gaming). The monitor suddenly disconnects (so sudden that I am not sure if a blue screen pops up), and the audio usually keeps running for 2 to 5 minutes. Then, my PC restarts.Possible causes:1)Temperature: my temperature is never above 90C (usually 70-80C), even same game, the issue occurred twice within an hour, but sometimes, it only restarted once 5 hours2)Power supply: As I mentioned in 1), since even same game, the frequency is not consistent, so I don't think it is the issueHardware detailIntel Core i7 13700KROG STRIX B-760-I GAMING WIFINVIDIA GeFo
