PC random BSOD, after reinstall of windows 10, after upgrade to windows 11, after full tron run on windows 11 PLS HELP

I am trying everything I can, I am reading all event logs from my PC trying to give access to apps and software it seems to have no access to. but there is some or several bug(s) still which I cannot solve. I !rly! hope someone can help me out here.... my dump files ofc minidump - Google Drive love my machine =(
