PC Performance significantly dropped

Hello,My PC has recently become extremely slow. It started out of nowhere, no settings changed no nothing it just started. I went from getting 80-100fps on Call Of Duty and now launching the game takes 5 minutes, and I get around a frame per 10 seconds (this is happening on every game just using cod for reference).I've done every scan and other technique I can think of and need help troubleshooting this.
