Hello.. Please i need help. I'm desperate. my laptop is not working. It is turned off and there is no sound of anything working at all.. I tried to turn it on by force with the methods of holding the power button or the ctrl key.. nothing starts it.. Does this mean that there is no way out for it..Please answer..
