Pc not turning on

[Windows Server]

So i was watching youtube and got a blue screen saying Volmgr.sys so i restarted then clicked on continue with windows 11 and then i logged in and thought maybe it was a bios problem i went and clicked restart pc and kept clicking delete but it didnt go to bios instead i am in a “stuck” position where my pc is turning on but there is no display on my monitor (note: my keyboard has rgb and when the pc is on it is on but the rgb is off ) and my fans spin and all the pc rgbs are on but there is no display and i tried other keyboards and i cant do anything. So i clicked on flash bios on my motherb
