Pc not letting me reinstall windows from usb??

I have an hp omen gaming desktop, using a kingston nvme.And on boot up I get a bitlocker message, oddly enough it’s not a “You’re locked out” bitlocker message, it’s a normal one telling me to put my recovery in. And unfortunately I can’t because I removed the desktop from my Microsoft account like a noob on ACCIDENT.At this point I should be able to reinstall windows from a usb correct? No. It’s saying no drivers are found, and I need help PLEASE HELP ME.Edit : I have a intel cpu and this pc is a bit old from about 2023 (10 hours play time) so no updated drivers are on it
