PC not connecting to NAS drive

I have a new PC. In File Explorer I am seeing my WD My Cloud drive which is on my home network but I cannot access it. It works fine with my old PC and my Laptop. Windows cannot access \\MYCOUD-8PTxxxCheck the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network.
