Pc not booting after a half completed factory reset

I decided to factory reset my pc after a few days of slow running and half working hard drives to see if it would help with anything.The factory reset went fully through to the restart part, but it never restarted and was just stuck in a black screen for an hour. I tried manually restarting to see if it would help but i believe that was a bad idea.During the few days I had really slow boot and my hard drives had maximum 50-60gb on them even tho they are full 500gb hard drives, I tried updating windows and formating them before to see if it would solve it and it didn't.
