Somehow my computer decided to upgrade itself from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and ever since then it has been making weird noises while gaming. Like this sound:

While troubleshooting the audio I got a message that something wasn't working and I had to pick a new audio playback device(I think). I'm not really sure what it said because it was in Japanese so I just closed the window and was going to read it again when I'd set my computer to English. But that must've messed something up because now I can't use the troubleshooter anymore. I either get error code: 0x803C010A or 0x80070057.
What should I do to fix the sound issues?
Additional info:
I've done SFC /SCANNOW in command prompt and it didn't find anything.
My Device Manager looks like this: (All drivers are up to date)
Edit: In Device manager NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device in "Events" tab says: "Device ROOT\UNNAMED_DEVICE\0000 requires further installation."
and for Realtek High Definition Audio it says:
"Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_15586555&REV_1003\4&251be25c&0&0001 requires further installation."
...So I was thinking of uninstalling them and letting Windows reinstall it after restart, but I'm not sure which on is safe to uninstall...
