PC lock up while playing Path of Exile 2 steam version (non responsive forced shutdown required)

During loading screens is when it happens 99% of the time. Either the initial login loadscreen or just randomly during transitioning to a new area after playing for a set amount of time. Many people are experiencing this and there is quite a few posts about it on the GGG forums so I figured I'd give windows a shot too since most, even GGG, think it may be related to 24H2. Others claim to experience it as well on older versions so I'm not sure.I have tried suggested fixes such as disabling multithreading within the game during transitions. I have tried DX11 and Vulkan instead of DX12. Setting l
