PC lags, audio lags and black screen

I made a post asking the same question and one member/staff/mod recommended me to use DDU and reinstall gpu driver after that as my DMP file state that there is an issue with my graphic card driver.however, after doing so, the problem still persist and for some reason, when looking in the event viewer, they state that dump file failed to be created. Im not sure why as this happened only after using DDU.Im not sure if the following errors in the event viewer could have caused this problem.1.
