PC keyboard(?) freaking out without any input

I’ve had no issues with this until I wanted to clean my keyboard, and just went to the windows lock screen while I used a wipe so that all the button mashing wouldn’t cause any problems, but unfortunately it seems what’s where my issue started.I was able to log back in just fine, but anything else I tried to type in, no matter the application, didn’t work and was behaving as if the control key was pushed down.I checked if I had any sticky keys, but there were none, tried pressing the control key twice, pressing both control keys at once, but found no solution.
