Pc keeps restarting

Pc keeps restarting, used to be while using alot of programs at once, but was concerning because it never did this the years prior. Now its restarting with even the slightest pc load. Storage space only used up about 70% with 30% free. I will attach the last crash report I received, well the crash dump file.
