pc keeps randomly freezing forcing me to hard restart and random BSoDs

my pc keeps randomly freezing and giving me random BSoDs minimum like 10 times a day, this started after i got a new ssd after my old one stopped working. it started when i was on windows 10 and then i upgraded to 11 to see if it fixed and it’s the same. the crashes aren’t consistent and the same, it could crash 10 seconds after i boot or like 3 hours
