pc keeps getting bsod with error code "driver power state failure", even after factory resetting

as the title says, ive been getting blue screen loops since today. i tried out many things but nothing really worked out. finally i decided to factory reset and fresh install windows, deleting all my files.even this didn't help me solve this issue.i still get blue screen with error driver power state failure. i really hope you can help me with this issue(if it matters, my specs are)4070tii5-14600kf32gb ram3600mhzb760 gaming ddr4 gigabyte1tb spacePlease take a good look into this thread, im really at the end after trying many things out and still not solving it.
