PC keeps freezing, videos load but wont play, audio input and output problems

I've just bought a new pc (Razer Blade 15 base Windows 11) in december. But I have a bunch of problems with it. It keeps freezing randomly a couple minutes after i turn it on. Mouse usually works but everything else is frozenVideos sometimes wont play even though i tried 3 different browsers and multiple websites. The videos load, I can see the previews on youtube for example. But it keeps loading and wont play. Usually starts working after restarting 3-10 times.Audio sometimes wont work.
