PC Keeps Freezing After Minutes of Gameplay

Since yesterday (July 01), when I play a game (I have tried multiple) my PC freezes completely, requiring to shut it down via the power button. I have ran scans, updated drivers and windows, and what feels like everything. My equipment all seems fine, too. I have an NVIDIA RTX 4070, Intel i7 9700k, and 32GB RAM.
