Pc keeps doing shortcuts instead of letters

I been having this problem for 3 months now almost I been on my edge the things I have tried include resetting windows, going back to windows 10, resetting my pc, turning off sticky keys, changing the ssd and resetting windows, tried doing a bios flash but the light doesn’t flicker.But sometimes it stops for like 2 weeks then it comes back for 2 weeks then the process starts again pls I need help if I can’t find a solution im screwed.
