PC keeps crashing

My motherboard got fried in a power outage, so I bought a refurbished motherboard. The PC started crashing, so I couldn't care and bought a new one. I wanna fix the old PC, so I replaced the GPU, thinking it was that, and still crashing. I replaced the RAM, still crashing. I finally replaced the PSU, and it's still crashing.My spec are,3060i5-1040016 g ramb560 hd3 mobo
