Pc keeps crashing with weird behavior

Hello everyone ! I'm writing this from my phone, I will do my best to provide any info from my pc if I am able to do that (it keeps crashing). I just turned on my pc today and played some games and I noticed a low fps it's around 200+ and now it was 90~120 with some frame drops. I opened HWmonitor and I looked at the temps and under what load the components were in Task Manager, everything looked fine. I then turned my pc as usual and came back to it later. This time when I started it it went ahead and printed the Asus logo but then a black screen and it looked like it started the whole bootin
