PC keeps crashing when playing multiplayer games with my friends.

My PC crashes whenever I play a multiplayer game, such as Fortnite or Call of Duty. I have made sure my current os is on the most current version no new updates that I can find. I made sure that my CPU and GPU temps and voltages weren't excessive. Went through CCcleaner to make sure that unused files were not possibly corrupting my system. I even updated my bios my graphics driver my network drivers even swapped out different RAM sticks just because it's the easiest part to replace and still this problem persists.
