PC keeps crashing shows blue screen

When the blue screen shows up, I am given a stop code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATIONI just recently(2 weeks ago or more) experienced this without installing any apps except regularly updating windows through Windows Update. Every time my pc crashes, Realtek goes missing and I can't access the System audio and the audio jacks become unusable. Because I couldn't fix it, I just reset my pc totally. However, it never got solved.I own this pc for less than a year and the crashes never happened when I got it. My PC is 28IMB05 which is Lenovo Legion T5. I've dug around Lenovo community and no one knows how
