PC keeps crashing, programs keep crashing, is there anyway of finding out what is causing the issue?

I keep receiving the blue screen of death randomly when I am playing games or when I load up other programs. Sometimes the PC crashes while booting up.I have a:Ryzen 5 3600 CPU16 GB Ram3060 Ti GPURM650X 80 plus gold PSU Here is the main error message received from the Reliability History:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
