Pc keeps crashing errorcode 0x80190194

Hi, I experience this issue all the time and I didn't find anyone on here, who had the same issue as me.I'm not really sure if this really is the problem but my pc keeps crashing after opening my browser or not connecting to a discord VoiceChat and then proceeds to crash. In the EventViewer the errorcode says 0x80190194 but I'm not sure what that has to do with any game that is crashing or discord not connecting but that is the only error I get. I think there is an issue with the Microsoft Azure app,which is mentioned in the event on EventViewer aswell, not being able to connect and then
