PC keeps blue screening from LiveKernelEvent 144

Hello, I have a Lenovo T5 28IMB05 desktop, which runs a NVIDIA 1660 Super GPU. For the past year and a half i've been suffering with random freezes and blue screens that were quite far apart, but the frequency of these bluescreens have durastically increased the past month with it happening almost every 15 minutes MAX. I have updated my drivers and installed and uninstalled them multiple times. I even reset my device completely twice.
