PC is repeatedly crashing between days, I don’t know how to fix it.

So my pc is crashing a lot recently, and there are multiple error codes. 1. CRITICAL PROCESS DIED - I repaired System files from sfc scan now, haven’t seen it since.2. SYSTEM SERVER EXCEPTION - This is the one I see most often3.
