PC is getting a black screen mid game session and won't respond till force shut down.

i bought this PC off the NZXT website last year in the fall and recently have been getting a black screen when I'm gaming that leave the computer unresponsive until i force shut down and goes back to normal. this tends to happen at 1-2 times every time I start to game. Im not too knowledgeable on PC's but try my best and still can't figure it out.my PC specs are. intel core i7 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Z590I AORUS ULTRA DDR4 32 GB ( TeamGroup inc ) if you need any more info pls let me know, i really appreciate the help!
