PC is connected to the internet but can't access anything

Hi, I believe I was recently the victim of a virus on my PC. Since then, although I’m connected to my home Internet network (not via Ethernet), I can no longer browse the Internet or perform tasks that require a network connection. For example, when I open Edge, it simply says “You are not connected.” I don’t know how to fix this issue. Any help?I’ve tried restarting my computer, disconnecting and reconnecting to the network, resetting the network settings, and running a virus scan, but nothing works.Thank you
