pc is being remotely used, malware that has kernel level access across 2 different machines, no idea how that is even possible, please help.

I have had trouble with malware for a long time now, at first i thought it was a bitcoin miner/rootkit but after buying a completely new machine the same malware is still here. It started over a year ago with noticeable performance loss on my old machine, then stuttering and lagging in videogames, and when i checked event viewer there was clear signs of malware, i can share that too if you let me know how.I switched machines when the hijacker used parental controls on me and prevented me from going into device manager, event viewer ect.
