PC hard freezes, but only when a game isn't running.

My PC, for a month or so, has been randomly having these full freezes/crashes where the screen is stuck on the last image before the system failure. No audio plays, and obviously I can't move my mouse or do anything when this happens, my only option is to hold the power button to power off the PC. This has been really frustrating, and the only solid clue I have is that it never occurs while a game is running.Some basic info:- My PC is only around a year old- It has an i5 14600KF processor, a 4070 Super and 32GB of memory (2x16GB ram sticks)Things I've tried:- Turning off Intel C-States in BIOS
