PC gives a BSOD every other start up

PC will randomly give a BSOD every other time I start it. After forcing it to shut down it starts up normally again. Sometimes it'll also randomly make both my monitors go black and require a restart. event log shows errors 6008, 161, and 1001. I tried doing a fresh install of the gpu drivers but that didn't help.
