PC fully freezes after joining discord call or opening settings.

Hi so I have a problem with my pc as where whenever I boot my pc and havn't joined a discord call at anytime after I booted my pc and join one it wouldn't connect to the call and then my pc would instantly freeze which makes it so I'm not able to do anything and it wouldn't even power off unless I hold down my power button. I've tried many things things such like repairing windows and redownloading it and verifying integrity files. Im not sure why this is happeneing and i've tried many things to fix this but nothing has so far worked.
