PC frezzing on windows Loading

So i have had this pc for more then a year its obviously not the best computer out there but it works good enough (not now), so the issue is i use my cpu for display sine i only have a monitor that has a vga port and so does the cpu spot. I was using the computer perfecty fine with no issues then all of the sudden boom im getting issues were it frezez on the windows oading screen after the bios screen disappers then just freezes, if i take out the gpu it loads fine but with it in it dosent. I took it over to my freinds house and he put the gpu in his rig and the gpu runs fine with 0 issues and
