Pc freezing

My pc has been freezing for around a week now i think it might be the hardware but i hope it isnt it freezes and i cant move the mouse use anykind of keybinds it isnt my graphics card cuz ive tried restarting that and my monitor but it doesnt fix it i tried signing my drivers checked background programs did sfc /scannow and nothing helped i even reset my pc but it didnt fix it (used cloud download) i tried turning it on one time and it seems like its starting but then it stops then starts a bit then stops over and over and i took it out of power and now im writing this
