PC Freezing When Minimising Or Opening New Tab

Whenever I play a more hardware intensive game and either switch to it or try to minimise it, my entire computer freezes and im forced to restart. I recently bought a new motherboard and CPU, and these problems started to happen after this, although before I had noticed that sometimes I would fullscreen a video and my pc would freeze, however I would usually be able to fix this by alt+f4. Specs:Ryzen 5 5600Rx 5700 XT16 GB's of RAM (2400 MHz if its relevant, might be too slow?)B550M-K MotherboardMAG A650BN psu so I assume its not a power issue unless im an absolute idiotI also noticed that EVER
